Client:
Pick N’ Personalize is an online gift store that has been in business for over 2 years, offering finest selection of unique and elegant gifts for various occasion and events with a caring personal touch and have been proactive in moving with the times and keeping up with latest trends.
-
Challenge:
When the campaigns were handed over to eBrandz, we identified many potential areas for improvisation. Their existing campaign was not organized properly and all paid traffic was going to their home page. Also it seemed that their keyword bid management was irregular. Plus they were bidding on very generic keywords. This was causing problems because their ads were displayed for lot of irrelevant search terms and this was costing them money. It was also affecting CTR (click through rate) and significantly increasing the overall cost of the campaign.
-
Solution:
Initially we launched a separate campaign. Instead of targeting general keywords we selected specific keywords. For those specific keywords we created special landing pages. This allowed visitors to land on the exact product page which he/she was searching for. We also started controlling the budget by adding more and more negative keywords in the campaign. This improved the CTR (click through rate) which helped us buy good ad position at lower rates.
Results:
We saw immediate increase in number of sales. According to Brian Lam, “eBrandz PPC management service and support have been superior. Their personalized service and highest level of professionalism allowed our company’s sale to go from 2k a day to 6k a day in less than 3 months.”
